Questions

Which grind should I pick?

Whole beans stay freshest if you have a grinder. Otherwise pick the grind that matches your brewer — espresso machine, filter, pour over, French press or Aeropress.

How should I store my coffee?

Airtight, cool, dark, and away from the oven. The bag it arrives in does the job — just seal it well.

Is the decaf really decaf?

Our Colombia Decaf uses the sugarcane (ethyl acetate) process, which removes the caffeine and keeps the flavour. Like all decafs, a trace can remain.
