Welcome to FARCOFF. These terms govern your use of farcoff.com.au and any purchase you make from us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. (Short version: be reasonable, we'll be reasonable.)

About us

FARCOFF (ABN 42 329 061 077) sells roasted coffee online within Australia.

Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may cancel or refuse an order only where there is a legitimate reason — for example the product is unavailable, we suspect fraud, we cannot service the delivery address, or there has been an obvious website or pricing error. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, you will receive a full refund.

Prices are in Australian dollars and, where GST applies, it is included in the price shown.

Shipping

We deliver within Australia only. Coffee is roasted to order and we aim to dispatch within 7 days — see our Help page for details. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Product information

We describe every coffee as accurately as we can, using roast, origin and tasting information from our roaster. Tasting is subjective — "notes of blueberry" is a description, not a promise of blueberries.

Returns

See our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Intellectual property

The FARCOFF name, wordmark, label designs and site content are owned by or licensed to us. Don't reuse them without written permission.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site, attempt to breach its security, or harvest its content or data.

Consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified, including under the Australian Consumer Law.
