When will my coffee ship?

Your coffee is freshly roasted and dispatched within a week. Order before 10am and it can ship the same day. The roastery doesn't dispatch on weekends or public holidays. Orders are handled from the next business day. You'll get a tracking link as soon as the carrier collects it. The full rundown lives on Shipping & Delivery.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet — Australian addresses only for now.

Which grind should I choose?

Whole beans if you have a grinder — they stay freshest. Otherwise, match the grind to your brewer: espresso machine, filter, pour over, French press or Aeropress. See the Brew Guide for details.

How do I store my coffee?

Airtight, cool, dark, and away from heat.

Is the decaf really decaf?

Our Colombia Decaf is decaffeinated using the sugarcane (ethyl acetate) process, which removes the caffeine while preserving flavour. As with all decaf, a trace amount can remain.
