When will my coffee ship?
Your coffee is roasted to order and dispatched within a week. Order before 10am and it can ship the same day. The roastery doesn't run on weekends or public holidays, so a Friday-afternoon order heads out Monday morning. You'll get a tracking link as soon as the carrier collects it.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet — Australian addresses only for now.
Which grind should I choose?
Whole beans if you have a grinder — they stay freshest. Otherwise, match the grind to your brewer: espresso machine, filter, pour over, French press or Aeropress. See the Brew Guide for details.
How do I store my coffee?
Airtight, cool, dark, and away from heat. The resealable bag it arrives in does the job.
Is the decaf really decaf?
Our Colombia Decaf is decaffeinated using the sugarcane (ethyl acetate) process, which removes the caffeine while preserving flavour. As with all decaf, a trace amount can remain.
